Study session

Commissioners are scheduled to begin with a Smoky Hill River Festival recap study session at 3 p.m. Monday. To see the study session meeting packet (eight pages), click here.

Regular meeting

The regular meeting is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.

Commissioners are scheduled to consider a proposed resolution that would authorize the mayor to execute a wall ownership agreement and grant an easement and permission to attach an electrical box conduit concerning Campbell Plaza.

"The original intent was to fully remove the brick veneer associated with the original Campbell Plaza stage in order to fully expose the exterior of the private wall owned by Restore Properties," the commission meeting information noted. "After initiating removal of a small portion of the wall in question it was evident that they wall to be removed was very securely attached and the property owner indicated that it would be acceptable to allow the wall section to remain."

Commissioners also are scheduled to consider acceptance of public utility and drainage easement dedications on the site of the new Saline County Jail, 801 E. Pacific Avenue.
