Suspect freed from storm drain in Radnor

A suspect who was wanted by police has to be rescued from a storm drain in Montgomery County, officials say.

Police in Radnor Township were on hand helping Lower Merion Township Police with a wanted person stuck in a storm drain.

The incident occurred at Locust Grove Terrace, beneath Conestoga Road in Bryn Mawr, late Sunday afternoon around 5 p.m., according to officials. 

The wanted person reportedly became stuck inside a storm drain. 

No additional details about the suspect or how they became struck were released by authorities. 

The person was freed from the drain after about an hour and was transported to Lankenau Medical Center for treatment, per police.
