Three dead after Clermont County collision

TATE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) -Three people died after a head-on collision in Clermont County, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Troopers say the call came in around 9 a.m. for a two-vehicle crash on Ohio 125 and South Bantam Road.
OSP says that Deborah Mell, 66, was driving a 2016 Honda Civic on Ohio 125 when she crossed over the centerline and hit a 2004 Toyota Corolla driven by 35-year-old Jeffery Chapman.
Medics were called the to scene, but did not transport anyone because Mell, Chapman and the passenger of the Corolla, 34-year-old Racheal Amber Dawn Miller, died at the scene, troopers said.
