Suspect in custody after Oconee County stabbing

One person is injured and a suspect is in custody following a stabbing in Oconee County. Deputies from the Oconee County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported stabbing just before 6 PM Friday night on Mormon Church Road in Seneca.

Upon arrival, the victim was found with multiple stab wounds. Investigators say, 35 year old Brittny Michelle Lamboy of Seneca, used two knives during the incident. Lamboy was taken into custody and is charged with Attempted Murder. The victim was taken to an area hospital for treament, there's been no update on the victim's condition.
