I see ppl walking the 290 and 190 overpass constantly. I have even called the state police to report it and they made it seem to me like it's no big deal .....well no big deal this is what happens!

There is no way that several cars struck this person and knew they got him and kept going. There’s just NO WAY! Some one would have stopped! So the state police need to tone their “hit and run” theory down! Not everything that happens is “criminal” in nature! There can’t be that many people in a row that have zero morals and zero respect for a human life! They COULDN’T HAVE known they hit a human

They need to step up efforts for safety on route 290 especially. A few weeks back some guy stepped into the slow lane, stopped me screaming and waving for help, saying there was a passenger in his car dead! The man that was outside of the car was pale white and in serious fear! I stopped for a couple seconds but then kept going because cars were whizzing by. I was alone and also very nervous but called 911 immediately. I recall the dispatcher didn’t even really seem to care. I remember thinking an officer would call me back for an interview or something but nope.
