HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A crash just outside of Kings Dominion is causing backups on both sides of Interstate 95 in Hanover.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the crash took place on I-95 South at mile marker 98, just after the Kings Dominion Boulevard exit. The southbound right lane, right shoulder and exit ramp are all closed.
