The tall ships sailed into Portsmouth on Thursday as part of the Sail Portsmouth events this weekend.This year's celebration began with the Parade of Sail on Thursday morning where the tall ships sailed from the mouth of the Piscataqua River and ended at the Memorial Bridge.Two ships docked at the pier on Peirce Island. They are the full-rigged ship, Kalmar Nyckel, and the Bermuda rigged three-masted schooner, Spirit of Bermuda.The ships will be open for tours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday through Sunday.
