It's *** contest that carries *** lot of weight at the state fair crowds turn out every year to take it in. I tried it last year. I was too late this year. Too many take *** shot at the title themselves. Go ahead mary jo. Well I said the gym was all gone so we had to do something but technique in this sport is really no laughing matter. You have to judge the humidity, the wind, you know the current you want to get one that will really cut the wind, so to speak. As *** first year competitor, I relied on *** few tips from the veterans. You want to get *** grip on. What do you think of that sarah the experts will tell you chip choice has everything to do with your performance. Almost as important as your chip choice is your chip toss. I had the advantage of *** coach who's held the title more than once in the last 12 years. County sheriff Bob Rice gave me the words of wisdom or whatever I needed to face the challenge. Unfortunately not for long. My coach made my toss look wimpy. He ended up taking first. I ended up in fourth by the end of the competition but I have plenty of time to practice my manure maneuvers and just wait until next year, Jeanette trumpeter news channel eight
