E. Main St. in Bridgeport reopens after multi-vehicle accident

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va (WDTV) - An accident on E. Main St. in Bridgeport shut down the roadway for about an hour.
The accident, which involved two vehicles, happened around 2 p.m. Thursday in the 2600 block of E. Main St., according to the Harrison County 911 Center.
Bridgeport Fire Chief told Connect Bridgeport one woman was taken to the hospital by ambulance with injuries that did not appear to be life threatening.
The roadway reopened around 3 p.m.
Responding agencies to the accident include Anmoore, Bridgeport and Clarksburg Fire Departments and Bridgeport Police.
