EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 47-year-old Roxanne Knotts.
A warrant has been issued for her arrest, and she has been charged with Access Device Fraud, Identity Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Theft of Lost Property.
