A North Richland Hills home has heavy damage from a fire that broke out during Wednesday's thunderstorms.
About 6 p.m. firefighters were called to a two-story home on Patrick's Path near Davis Boulevard and Starnes Road. They found heavy smoke and flames and immediately jumped into action. They found most of the fire in the attic.
It took about a half-hour to get it out. Investigators say "the fire was very likely started by a lightning strike."
