What is The Menu About?

The Menu follows the hilariously twisted tale of a young couple, Margot and Tyler, who travel to a remote island to eat at Hawthorn, an exclusive restaurant, run by celebrity chef Slowik.

The elitist menu is entirely molecular gastronomy, meaning the food is prepared using the scientific approach of nutrition and chemistry.

The food at Slowik's restaurant is also treated as an art, but his approach to his menu also has some surprises and consequences in store for the incredibly wealthy guests.

Ultimately, their evening of fine dining turns into a night that they may not survive.

Is There a Trailer for The Menu?

Yes, there is a gripping trailer for The Menu out now and it looks like Taylor-Joy's Margot and Hoult's Tyler are in for a date they will never forget.

The trailer begins with Margot and Tyler boarding a small boat heading to the restaurant where it costs $1,250 per person for a seat at the table.

However, their excitement turns into terror when they arrive at the restaurant and realize something is seriously wrong from near-robotic staff and the pictures of the dinner guests on the food.

In the trailer, when chef Slowik appears, Tyler and Margot have to fight for their lives as gunshots are fired, fingers are cut off and they are given just a small chance of escaping the restaurant from hell.

The Menu is coming to theaters on Friday, November 18.
