Crews dispatched to two water rescues in Harrison County

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va (WDTV) - Multiple crews responded to two water rescues in Harrison County Wednesday night.

The first rescue happened around 7:20 p.m. on Beech Hollow Rd. just outside of Bridgeport, according to the Harrison County 911 Center.

Responding crews included Taylor County EMS and Boothsville and Grafton Fire Departments.

Officials said the second rescue happened around 8:57 p.m. on Wilsonburg Rd. in Clarksburg.

Crews that responded to this rescue include Harrison County’s EMS, OEM and Sheriff’s Office and Reynoldsville and Stonewood Fire Departments.

According to the Harrison County Emergency Management, crews quickly returned to service shortly after being dispatched.

Officials said there were no injuries in either water rescue.
