SALT LAKE CITY-Wednesday, former Utah Jazz scout Jake Lindsey confirmed he is leaving the organization for a job on Grand Canyon University men’s basketball staff.
The Antelopes revealed this on Twitter.

Lindsey is the son of former Jazz Vice President of Basketball Operations Dennis Lindsey. Jake Lindsey first joined the Jazz as an intern before advancing in the organization as the team’s coordinator of college scouting.
Lindsey starred at Olympus High School of Holladay, Utah and Baylor where he posted 3.8 points and 2.1 rebounds per game for the Bears of the Big 12 Conference.
At Baylor, Lindsey played for head coach Scott Drew, whose brother, Bryce, is Grand Canyon’s head coach.
