LAKEWOOD, Wash. — Lakewood police are searching for a missing 59-year-old Indigenous man who suffers from dementia and has limited mobility.
At 2 p.m. on Sunday, Frank Cooper walked away from the adult family home in Lakewood.
Cooper is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who sees Cooper is asked to call the Lakewood Police Department or 911.
