Seniors moved to the music during a session of cardio drumming on Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2022 at the McKenna Senior Center for Active Adults in Greensburg. The unique cardio class is hosted by Penn Township-based Allstar Therapies and involves drumming on large exercise balls to the rhythm of music. The center began the classes in March, and host them every Wednesday at 10 a.m.
