BUT THAT INVESTIGATION IS STILL ONGOING AT THIS TIME. FRANKOWSKI, A FORMER COLBY SAWYER COLLEGE BASKETBALL COACH, IS FACING OF CHARGES, INCLUDING MANUFACTURING, ABUSE IMAGES, TRAFFICKING, FELONIOUS SEXUAL ASSAULT, ALL IN SEPARATE CASES OUT OF MERRIMACK AND STRAFFORD COUNTIES. WHILE UNCLEAR THE NATURE OF THE FEDERAL INVESTIGATION, THE STATE SAID THAT WITH U.S. OFFICIALS TO DISCUSS WHAT IT WOULD MEAN FOR THE STATE’S CASE IF FEDERAL CHARGES ARE FILED BECAUSE HIS ATTORNEY SAYS HE’S APPLYING FOR FEDERAL REPRESENTATION. Federal investigators are looking into a former assistant basketball coach already facing dozens of charges in New Hampshire.Joshua Pincoske, 47, is facing charges for human trafficking and manufacturing sexual abuse images, according to officials.Pincoske went before a judge Wednesday. It was during that hearing that the state said the feds may or may not file similar charges on a federal level, but that investigation is still ongoing at this time.Pincoske, a former Colby-Sawyer College basketball coach, is facing charges including manufacturing sexual abuse images, trafficking and felonious sexual assault, all in separate cases out of Merrimack and Strafford counties. Federal investigators are looking into a former assistant basketball coach already facing dozens of charges in New Hampshire.

Joshua Pincoske, 47, is facing charges for human trafficking and manufacturing sexual abuse images, according to officials.

Pincoske went before a judge Wednesday. It was during that hearing that the state said the feds may or may not file similar charges on a federal level, but that investigation is still ongoing at this time.
