But not that way.

According to online court documents, Malzi was charged with one count of reckless burning, two counts of terroristic threats and one count of simple assault.

According to police, Kristy Lynn Malzi, 47, of Hollsopple, used pages from the “Wicca Book of Spells” to set the car on fire, WJAC-TV reported.

Magic was not suspected in the arson, the Patriot-News of Harrisburg reported.

Police said officers were called to BK’s Klassics in Stonycreek Township on July 30 after a report of vehicle arson at the business, WJAC reported.

Police said Malzi went to the business to confront a former boyfriend and pointed a loaded shotgun at him, striking him before other employees forced her out of the building, according to the television station.

According to The Tribune-Democrat of Johnstown, the victim alleged that Malzi set fire to a 2012 Ford Focus that was parked outside the business. He used a fire extinguisher to put out the flames, the newspaper reported.

Police said that Malzi lit pages from a book she set on fire and shoved them through the vehicle’s open window, The Tribune-Democrat reported.

Authorities said the pages came from a book of spells, according to the newspaper.

Malzi was arrested and is being held in the Cambria County Prison, WJAC reported. Her bail was set at $25,000.
