Kansas City police investigate double shooting at Swope Park during large gathering

A soggy forecast through the rest of this week into the weekend with a severe weather threat Saturday and Sunday.

On April 22 just before 11:30 p.m., police rushed to calls of a shooting inside a hotel near KCI at 118th NW Plaza Circle.
