A double murder suspect who was out on bond has been arrested on drug charges.
Brandon Gore, of Galivants Ferry, was taken into custody Tuesday.
He's facing charges for possession of less than one gram of methamphetamine or cocaine base, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, possession of other controlled substance, trafficking in illegal drugs (14 grams or more but less than 28 grams) and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, according to online records. No bond has been set.
Gore is charged in a 2017 Galivants Ferry double homicide.
Dexter and Porscha Cobb died in the shooting. Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden said an autopsy revealed both died from gunshot wounds.
Police reports said Gore was at the scene of the murder in the home when EMS arrived.
A date for that trial has not been set.
