HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Honolulu Police Department ended a possible barricade situation on Wednesday with one arrest and reopened all roads near Emerson Street in Honolulu.
HPD initially closed off Emerson Street from Prospect Street to Ward Avenue and from Ward Avenue to Alapai Street on Aug. 10, at 9:34 a.m. The roads were later reopened.
According to HPD, a man was arrested for a protective order violation and was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
Honolulu police are investigating.
