LinkedIn added new features with a focus on helping recruiters improve their diversity, equity and inclusion efforts.

The professional network said in a blog post Wednesday that its research shows that 77% of talent professionals believe diversity is very important to the future of recruiting, but 47% believe hiring managers aren’t held accountable for interviewing a diverse slate of candidates.
