ROCK RAPIDS—A 34-year-old Rock Rapids man was arrested about 6:25 p.m. Thursday, July 28, on Lyon County warrants for assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and supplying alcohol to a person under legal age.
The arrest of David Harold Warren stemmed from incidents on Tuesday, June 28, in Rock Rapids, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
Warren allegedly stuck a long-bladed knife into the back of an individual, twisting it and causing an approximately 3/8-inch cut.
He also gave alcohol to a minor at his residence at 108. S. Bradley St., according to court documents.
