The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is offering a $5,000 reward for information on a cold case.
Ci’Lina Teira Bell-Deloney, who also went by Cici, was found dead in the middle of NW Paint Road in Cache on January 16, 2017. She had been shot multiple times.
Bell-Deloney was last seen alive at WalMart on Sheridan Road in Lawton on 5:45 a.m. that day.
Authorities said she left WalMart with people she knew but her whereabouts from that time until her body was discovered several hours later are unknown.
Bell-Deloney left behind a three-year-old daughter and a husband.
The Comanche County Sheriff's Office investigated the case until help from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation was requested in December 2021.
