An Upstate man died at the hospital after being involved in a crash, according to the Oconee County coroner.
Jason Mauldin, 38, of Westminster, died just after 9 p.m. Tuesday at Prisma Greenville Memorial Hospital from a head injury, Coroner Karl Addis said.
This collision occurred at about 10 p.m. Aug. 4 on Ramsey Creek Road near Westminster.
Mauldin's manner of death was accidental, Addis said.
Crash details released Aug. 11 by the South Carolina Highway Patrol said Mauldin lost control of his motorcycle as he was heading east, crashing his 2004 Yamaha motorcycle onto Ramsey Creek Road.
