The Como-Pickton Lady Eagles began their season by traveling to Mineola High School to compete in scrimmage games. The Lady Eagles would see the hard work they have put in during two-a-days immediately pay off.

The Lady Eagles first game was against Kaufman Lady Lions. The Lady Eagles would win that scrimmage.

For their next matchup, the Lady Eagles faced the Kemp Lady Yellowjackets. Como-Pickton would once again grab a victory.

In their final matchup, the Lady Eagles faced the Hawkins Lady Hawks. This game was the same story as the previous two, as the Lady Eagles rolled to a win.

With these wins, the Lady Eagles gained experience and momentum that will help them do well during the season. Their first game is Tuesday, when they welcome the Pittsburg Lady Pirates to Como-Pickton High School.
