All residents are invited to attend a forum to learn more about drafted/proposed updates to the City of Pella’s Architectural Design Guidelines.

The forum at the Pella Memorial Building (829 Broadway Street) at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 24th will include:

– A short presentation
– Review of the proposed updated guidelines
– Q&A session with city staff, Community Development Committee members, and a representative from SHYFT (the consultant who assisted with drafting of the updated guidelines)
– Light refreshments
