Burlington, IA- The Burlington Public Works Department has announced that, starting Thursday, August 11th, crews from W.L Miller will begin spreading rock for the seal coat project.
On Monday, the 15th, crews will mobilize for the stabilization process.
The stabilization process is expected to last 3-4 days and will not impact traffic while it is taking place.
