A 13-year-old boy was arrested after McKees Rocks police said he was loitering suspiciously in the backyard of a home along Russellwood Avenue.Police announced the arrest on Tuesday.They said officers stopped to investigate and found heroin and a stolen, loaded 9mm pistol on the boy.Police did not release the teen’s name.

A 13-year-old boy was arrested after McKees Rocks police said he was loitering suspiciously in the backyard of a home along Russellwood Avenue.
Police announced the arrest on Tuesday.
