BOUTTE — ADAATA Occupational Health Services recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of the new location at 13451 U.S. 90 in Boutte.

Geared toward employers, ADAATA offers a variety of unique testing services to fit client needs and promote drug and alcohol-free workplaces in the River Parishes and beyond.

Services include the following: drug testing with custom panels, breath alcohol test with a 72-hour look back, hair drug and alcohol test with a 90-day look back, pulmonary function test, respiratory fitness test, COVID antigen and PCR tests, DOT drug test and employer compliance management, random drug testing management, certified substance abuse program return to duty (SAP), court-ordered drug tests, and various types of DNA testing.

According to operations manager Donna Brown, ADAATA’s goal is to work closely with each client and offer quick service with a personal touch.

“Unfortunately, in our society today, it is very difficult to find good customer service. Most are automated, and you never talk to a human! Moreover, we can get an employee in and out within 25 minutes and back to work,” Brown said. “A quick response saves the employer oodles of money and at the same time, we are helping to keep a drug and alcohol-free workplace for employers in St. Charles Parish. This parish is a very strong advocate for small businesses and ensures the success in each small business. I am very grateful to own and operate a business in St. Charles Parish.”

ADAATA’s founder directed a drug testing business in the New Orleans area prior to starting the company five years ago.

While the new office is located in Boutte, ADAATA is able to service clients in Assumption, Jefferson, Lafourche, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Charles, St. James, St. John, St. Tammany and Terrebonne parishes. The company also has a location serving Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

Walk-ins are accepted, and referrals are not required. However, individuals in need of services should call ahead to talk with a staff member to ensure the test will meet their needs.

Hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. After hours services are available by appointment only. For more information, visit https://www.adaata.org/ or contact ADAATA at 504-410-2547 (mobile) or 985-308-1535 (office).
