LITTLE CHUTE – The Rosehill Road/County CC overpass reopened at 6 p.m. Tuesday, about a week after it was damaged when a dump truck crashed into it.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation said the bridge is structurally safe for traffic below on Interstate 41 and on the bridge itself. Traffic on Rosehill Road/County CC is open to a single lane with temporary traffic signals to guide motorists.

The crash occurred Aug. 3 when a dump truck drove into the overpass with its lift in the upright position.

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation continues to evaluate options to fix the damage to the bridge.
