Mt. Blanco Fossil Museum, grand reopening!

Dinosaurs, giant crocks, mammoths, mastodons with four tusks, tracks of 100 fossil animals, man-made artifacts in solid sandstone, 3-toed horses, saber-toothed cats, and real unicorns(one horned Rhinos) are just a few of the things you’ll see at the Mt. Blanco Fossil Museum, the world’s largest non-evolution working fossil museum. You will see the largest molds ever made of fossils still in the ground. Check out our unique gift and book shop.

Ever wanted to be an archaeologist or paleontologist or animal artist? You’ll feel at home here. See the displays and have a coffee with the best pastries you’ve ever had. We were closed by covid and storms for the last two years. Come to the grand reopening Labor Day, week Sept. 5-9, 2022. Join us at The Mt. Blanco Fossil Museum, 124 West Main Street, Crosbyton, Texas 79322. 806-675-7777, www.mtblano.com *park on north side of the museum.
