LAS VEGAS, NV (WTAQ-WLUK) — A Manitowoc man has been identified as the victim in a Las Vegas hotel homicide.
Acturius Milner was shot and killed Thursday at the Mirage Hotel.
His cousin, Billy Hemsley, was arrested.
After his arrest, Hemsley allegedly told police he got angry with Milner and shot him. He also shot two women who were staying with them, leaving them with critical injuries.
The shooting led to a brief lockdown of The Mirage.
