WIAC recognizes two Clintonville graduates
Clintonville High School graduates Dick and Jack Bennett were inducted into The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Hall of Fame.
The ceremony was held July 23 at SentryWorld in Stevens Point.
Dick coached basketball at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, UW-Green Bay and UW-Madison. He coached the Badgers to two NCAA Final Fours among his many other accomplishments.
Jack had many accomplishments as well He also coached the Pointers to five conference titles plus two Division 111 national titles.
They were joined by family and friends, including their Clintonville basketball coach, Carl Bruggink.
