Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis will speak at and headline a rally in support of GOP gubernatorial candidate Mark Ronchetti. The rally will be held on Aug. 14 and begins at 4 p.m. The event will be held at the Walter Gerrells Performing Arts and Exhibition Center in Carlsbad.DeSantis has been the Governor of Florida since Jan., 2019. “I’m honored to have Governor DeSantis help us fire up our Ronchetti team in New Mexico,” Ronchetti said. “New Mexicans are ready for change. Governor DeSantis is a premier leader on the national stage, and I’m honored by his support and his interest in visiting our beautiful land of enchantment.”
