UPDATE: Suspect in Jackson County carjacking case in custody

A suspect wanted in connection with an armed carjacking case in St. Martin is in custody.

Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers updated its post saying Kevin Chau Bui was in custody. A search of jail records shows he was booked into the Stone County jail on Tuesday afternoon.

Jackson County Sheriff Mike Ezell said the 25-year-old Bui took a white, 2018 Honda Accord with a Mississippi tag JGC 9727.

Bui is described as an Asian male, 5-foot-5, weighing about 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Bui should be considered as armed and dangerous.
