NORTHERN MICHIGAN (WPBN/WGTU) -- The sun will shine Tuesday with just a few passing fair-weather clouds. A great day to celebrate National Book Lovers Day on the beach!
There will be light wind, mainly from the north 5 to 15 miles per hour.
High temperatures from 72 to 78 degrees in the eastern Upper Peninsula. and from 72 to 80 degrees in the northern Lower Peninsula.
Tuesday evening the sky will be clear most of the night. A few passing clouds are possible with a light wind.
Low temperatures will be mostly in the 50s. In a few towns, the low will be around 60 degrees...and in a few towns the low will fall into the upper 40s.
Wednesday will be a sunny day. Mild, comfortable...with low humidity. Southwest wind 5-15 mph. Highs will average 75 degrees in the U.P...and 82 degrees in the northern Lower.
Wednesday night will be mostly clear. Just a few clouds. Light wind. Lows mostly in the 50s. "Big" moon...it will be full Thursday.
Thursday will be another sunny day. Highs will average 68 degrees in the U.P...and 72 degrees in the Lower.
Friday...sunshine. Highs mostly in the 70s.
Saturday will be a mostly sunny day. In the afternoon, some clouds will pass thru the area. A stray shower is possible in the afternoon, but the chance for rain will be a little higher in the evening. So, look for showers Saturday night. Highs in the afternoon will be from 72 to 82 degrees. Light wind.
