This month's house is only 2.3 million dollars.  See we saved you a cool million bucks!  It is located on Henderson Bayou Road in South Lake Charles and yes it's on the water. This home boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and 4369 square feet of living space.

If your trying to do the math real quick, it's priced at $526 per square foot. This home was built in 2004 and according to Zillow,
