TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle on Hillsborough Avenue in Tampa Tuesday morning.
The crash happened in the eastbound lanes of Hillsborough at Armenia Avenue.
Police have not identified the pedestrian or said what led to the collision.
Police said the eastbound lanes of Hillsborough will be closed for several hours. They are asking drivers to use alternate routes until their investigation is complete.
