NBC Revives Password, Hard Knocks Goes Deep With The Detroit Lions

    Few TV game shows are as iconic as Password, which has aired on each of the big three broadcast networks at different points over the last 70 years, inspiring quite a few memorable parodies along the way. Premiering tonight on NBC, the latest incarnation sees Keke Palmer in the Allen Ludden role, with various celebrity guests lining up to challenge permanent celebrity panelist Jimmy Fallon.

    Also today: HBO embeds itself in The Detroit Lions training camp for a new season of Hard Knocks, AGT kicks off its qualifier round, and Netflix bows new true-crime docuseries I Just Killed My Dad. Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on TV this Tuesday:

    I Just Killed My Dad: Original docuseries. Following years of abuse and neglect, seventeen year-old Anthony Templet shot and killed his father in June 2019. The teen immediately confessed to the crime -- this three part docuseries chronicles his unusual journey through the legal system. Watch trailer. Streaming on Netflix

    America’s Got Talent: New episode. Eleven performers take the stage in this season’s first live qualifiers episode. America’s vote will determine two finalists, who will be announced in tomorrow night’s results show. 8:00 PM ET on NBC
