25-year-old Jacob Adler turned himself in to the St. Louis police, and was arrested for two felonies: Leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, and tampering with evidence.

Nikolai was killed leaving Ted Drewes when one car hit him, and he fell into traffic, where he was then hit by a second car. The driver of the first car had cooperated with police, but they were still looking for the second driver who fled the scene. His car was found last week.

This is a developing story. Stay tuned for more details.
