BUTTS COUNTY, Ga. (WGXA) -- Two Butts County deputies have been placed on leave after responding to a fight at Shawn O'Brian's over the weekend.

Following receiving complaints about the way the deputies handled the situation, as well as a video taken by a witness, Sheriff Gary Long says he consulted with the district attorney and they both agreed to have an outside agency, Monroe County, conduct an investigation into the controversial arrest.

The video can be seen below but, please, be advised that it contains strong language and violent content that some may find disturbing.

Once the investigation is over, the findings will be released to the public.
