YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SPOT THE UNIQUE CHOPPER BECAUSE THEY WILL HAVE A BIG HULA HOOP SHAPED OBJECT RIGHT UNDER IT. Starting today, if you're heading to Fort Dodge, don't be surprised to see a helicopter flying low. You'll be able to spot the unique chopper because it will have a big hula hoop right under it.
