The Douglas Police Department has charged five individuals with RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) and various white-collar crimes.
Georgia law says a person may be charged with RICO (O.C.G.A. 16-14-4) if they participate in an interrelated pattern of criminal activity motivated by or resulting in monetary gain or economic or physical threat or injury.
The following individuals have been charged with crimes related to numerous check forgeries all over Georgia..
The investigation continues and other charges on other individuals may be forthcoming in other jurisdictions and other states.

Zacheyus Venisee is currently wanted and will be charged with the following:
- RICO (1 count)
- Transaction card fraud (four counts)
- Transaction card theft (two counts)
- Identity theft (four counts)
- Forgery 3rd degree (four counts)
Ricky James Smith is currently wanted and will be charged with the following:
- RICO (1 count)
- Transaction card fraud (four counts)
- Transaction card theft (two counts)
- Identity theft (four counts)
- Forgery 3rd (four counts)
Chance Kyrell Mack is currently wanted and will be charged with:
- RICO (1 count)
Zykirria Kenyonna Jackson is currently wanted and will be charged with:
- RICO (1 count)
Macorian Toran Saffold has been arrested and is charged with:
- RICO (1 count)
