Three doses of Naloxone failed to revive a Pontiac man found unresponsive lying on a slide in a Pontiac park Sunday night with narcotics paraphernalia next to him, officials said.

An autopsy is scheduled for the 31-year-old man.

According to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, deputies along with crews from the Waterford Regional Fire Department and Star EMS, found the unconscious and not breathing. Life-saving measures and Naloxone were administered but the man didn’t respond.

No apparent signs of foul play or trauma were noted, the sheriff’s office said.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene based on telemetry sent by paramedics to a physician at an area hospital, the sheriff’s office said.
