One lucky customer who purchased a lottery ticket at Fredericktown Beer in Washington County has won more than $135,000.The winning Wow Fast Play ticket was sold Saturday at the location on Front Street in Fredericktown. The retailer receives a $500 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
