Min Din Monday: So yummy & gluten-free Chicken Crust Pizza recipe

Columbus, OHIO (WSYX) —
Chicken Crust Pizza is perfect for anyone following a keto or gluten free diet. On the latest edition of Min Din Monday Esther Weisman joins Good Day Columbus to show a super easy way to make a healthy pizza right in your own home.

Ingredients:
- 12 ounces precooked chicken meat
- 2 eggs
- 1/4c finely grated parmesan cheese
- Sauce and toppings of choice
Directions:
- Place chicken in a ninja and grind.
- Add eggs and cheese and form a crust. Shape into a circle on parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 420 degrees.
- Remove from oven and top with sauce, cheese and toppings of choice. Bake for 12-15 more minutes at 420.
