Hollywood is remaking '80s classic movie Working Girl and Disney star Selena Gomez is in talks to produce.
According to Deadline, the Only Murders In The Building actress is in final negotiations to be part of the project, though there is no announcement as to whether she'll be starring in the remake.
The original Working Girl was released in 1988 and followed an ambitious Staten Island secretary who takes over office operations while her boss is recovering from a broken leg.
Melanie Griffith, Harrison Ford, Sigourney Weaver and Joan Cusack all starred and it was a huge hit, earning six Oscar nominations.
Disney+'s Diary of a Future President writer Ilana Pena is adapting the screenplay, though there is no further information regarding casting, plot or a director as yet.
Gomez is currently starring as true crime podcaster Mabel in Only Murders In The Building, alongside Steve Martin and Martin Short.
It has been a massive success for the streaming service and has recently been given a third season order.

He continued: "Its appeal across generations, the intersection of humour and heart, and its truly original approach are a hallmark of and testament of Dan, John, Steve, Marty and Selena's work.
"We are grateful to be able to continue telling the stories of Charles, Oliver and Mabel to viewers that have consistently shown us they crave more of this story," he added.
The show is created and written by Martin and John Hoffman (Grace & Frankie, Looking). The pair are executive producers alongside Short, Gomez and This is Us creators Dan Fogelman and Jess Rosenthal.
Only Murders in the Building season 2 is streaming on Disney+ in the UK and Hulu in the US.
