Monday Night Blues

Bands on the Beach

7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9. Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach, Pensacola Beach. Pensacola Beach's popular outdoor summer concert series with performers for every musical taste. Featuring a lineup of regional artists, Bands on the Beach delivers an eclectic musical experience throughout the entire summer. This week features Tyler Mac. ‘Cinderella’

7:30 p.m. Aug. 10 through 12; 2:30 p.m. Aug. 13 and 14. Pensacola Little Theatre, 400 S. Jefferson St. A kind girl named Cinderella lives with her evil stepmother and hateful stepsisters after the death of her father. Forced to work as a maid in her own home, Cinderella dreams of an adventurous life. When it is announced that the Prince is giving a ball, Cinderella wishes to attend, but it seems impossible. With help from her animal friends and her magical Fairy Godmother, Cinderella's dream of a lovely night comes to life. Lee Brice: Label Me Proud Tour

Lee Brice is set to bring his Label Me Proud Tour to the Pensacola Bay Center on Thursday.

7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11. Pensacola Bay Center, 201 E. Gregory St. Country music superstar Lee Brice brings the Label Me Proud Tour to the Bay Center with special guests Michael Ray and Jackson Dean. Brice has released 18 singles, of which eight have reached No. 1 on Billboard Country Airplay. "Love Like Crazy" was the top country song of 2010 according to Billboard Year-End, and broke a 62-year-old record for the longest run on the country chart. Tickets start at $20. Woodstock Weekend

5 p.m. Friday through Sunday, Aug. 12 through 14. Seville Quarter, 130 E. Government St. Seville will become a place to relive the legendary 1969 Woodstock Music Festival. Woodstock tells the story that defined a generation and was widely regarded as one of the greatest and most pivotal moments in popular music history. Enjoy all the groovy hits from the Woodstock era. Seville’s entertainment lineup will help recreate that magical, musical experience all weekend. A Little More Help Ukraine Benefit Concert

Violinist Leonid Yanovskiy, professor, Director of Strings and Orchestra at the UWF Dr. Grier Williams School of Music, will be one of the performers taking part in A Little More Help's Ukraine benefit concert.

The Purple Madness: Prince Tribute

Gregory St. The most action-packed motorsports experience for families in the world returns to Pensacola for a high-octane weekend at Pensacola Bay Center. The event features the ultimate mix of high-flying action and four-wheel excitement. The Monster Jam Pit Party will take place at 10:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, where attendees may see the massive trucks up close, watch live pre-race interviews and participate in Q&As with the drivers and take pictures. Saenger Summer Movie Series

The 1977 classic Saturday Night Fever takes center stage this week during the Saenger Summer Movie Series.

7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13. Saenger Theatre, 118 S. Palafox St. The Grand Dame of Palafox will once again open her doors to the community with a selection of seven films this summer. And as a special treat, The Great Saenger Pipe Organ will be played by the Pensacola Children’s Chorus’s executive director, Alex Gartner, beginning at 6 p.m. for each movie for a full hour.  This week features Saturday Night Fever (R).
