FREDONIA, Pa. (WKBN) – Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an indecent exposure case.
According to a police report, an 87-year-old was accused of showing his genitals to a 42-year-old Fredonia woman while he was standing at his apartment’s front glass door around 4:20 p.m. Friday on Delaware Road.
Charges are pending further investigation.
